NDA Policy

Our Commitment to Confidentiality

Existify treats every client engagement with strict confidentiality. Your business idea, technical architecture, market strategy, and any proprietary information shared with us is held in confidence as a matter of professional practice — with or without a formal NDA.

Requesting a Formal NDA

If your project involves particularly sensitive business information, undisclosed intellectual property, or regulated data, you may request a formal mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we begin any discussions.

To request an NDA, simply email hello@existify.dev with:

• Your full name and company (if applicable)
• A brief note that you'd like an NDA in place before scoping

We will send a mutual NDA document within 1 business day. Once signed by both parties, we proceed with the discovery call and scoping process.

What Our NDA Covers

Our standard NDA covers:

• All business ideas, product concepts, and market strategies shared by the Client
• Technical specifications, architecture decisions, and proprietary workflows
• Customer data, user information, and internal business metrics
• Any documents, mockups, or materials provided by the Client

What the NDA Does Not Cover

• Information already in the public domain at the time of disclosure
• Information we receive from a third party without restriction
• Information independently developed by Existify without reference to the Client's confidential information
• Information we are required to disclose by law or court order

Portfolio & Case Studies

By default, Existify may reference completed projects in our portfolio or case studies in an anonymized or approved form. If you require complete confidentiality (no public mention of the engagement), please indicate this in the NDA or notify us in writing before the project starts.

We will always seek your approval before publishing named case studies or testimonials.

Duration

Our NDA remains in effect for 3 years from the date of signing, or until the information covered becomes publicly available, whichever occurs first.
